1. Scope

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all services offered by Oswald Dorion – StudioWebZen, self-employed entrepreneur registered under SIRET 442 385 175 00025, via the site www.studiowebzen.com. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

2. Services offered

StudioWebZen offers turnkey website creation services, WordPress support, simple graphic design (logos), maintenance and technical management.

3. Rates and payment

The prices indicated are expressed in euros, net of VAT (VAT not applicable according to article 293B of the CGI).
Payment is due:

  • either 100 % when ordering (Essential and Guided Autonomy formulas),
  • i.e. up to 50 % on order, 50 % on delivery (Complete formula or tailor-made projects).

The customer receives a quote to sign electronically from the request form. Once signed, a secure payment link (via PayPal) is transmitted, allowing the deposit or the total amount to be paid according to the defined conditions. Payment can be made by credit card (without PayPal account) or via a PayPal account from a secure page on the site. Payment can also be made by transfer (IBAN FR76 2823 3000 0142 0522 0097 018).

4. Deadlines and deliveries

Production times are estimated at the time of ordering. A retro-plan can be established. The client undertakes to provide the necessary content within the agreed deadlines. A delay in delivery cannot be attributed to StudioWebZen if the necessary elements have not been transmitted on time.

5. Review and validation

One or more validation phases are planned in the process. Any modification outside the framework initially defined in the quote may result in additional invoicing.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services already started with the customer's agreement.

7. Intellectual property

The delivered site becomes the property of the customer once final payment has been made. The tools, templates or resources used (Kadence theme, WordPress extensions, icons, etc.) remain subject to the licensing conditions of their respective publishers.

8. Responsibilities

StudioWebZen cannot be held responsible for malfunctions caused by subsequent modifications made by the client or third parties, or in the event of improper handling of the site. A maintenance contract can be offered to ensure the proper functioning of the site over time.

9. Termination

In the event of termination of the project at the initiative of the client, the sums already paid remain retained by StudioWebZen for the work already carried out. In the event of a serious breach, the contract may be terminated without notice.
